We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of our Minsk office and to support our recruitment efforts. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks, manage vendor relationships, and ensure our office remains an efficient and pleasant place to work. You will also play a key part in assisting with the hiring process, helping us grow our team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, including ordering office supplies, groceries, and cleaning products. Ensure the office remains clean, organised, and fully stocked.
- Communicate with the building management on facility-related issues, including utilities like electricity, water, heating, and ventilation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist with recruitment by posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
- Manage office documentation, maintain records, and ensure proper documents flow
- Assist senior management with administrative tasks as needed
- Oversee the office’s time tracking system
- Help organise company events, team-building activities, and other internal functions
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Proficiency in English at B1 level or higher
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
