As CRM Intern you’ll be part of the Global Digital Marketing Operations team in Consumer Strategy and Marketing. You’ll be the expert responsible for working together with the CRM Specialists of the team, supporting them on creating CRM and Inapp campaigns for our consumer brands
What you’ll do
- Supporting on creating a wide variety of digital marketing campaigns geared towards personalization across channels (email, in-app, landing pages). These include lifecycle campaigns, monthly planned campaigns and more.
- Supporting on creating campaign briefs, proofreading and double check before the briefings are distributed to the stakeholders.
- Supporting on the creation of campaigns assets such as copywriting, displays, A/B testing and segmentation strategy.
- Supporting the team on testing every campaign with clearly set hypothesis and data-driven approach.
- Supporting on the team to meet the deadlines and milestones included in the campaign calendar.
- Supporting on the whole campaign activation process and being able to keep track of the deadlines and deliverables.
- Supporting the team on liaising with the different campaign stakeholders (markets, eCommerce department, third parties, etc.)
- Supporting the team on tracking and analyzing campaign results.
- Supporting the team on maintaining the health of database through smart segmentation.
- Supporting the team on providing inputs in terms of campaign design with the aim of the campaigns to be user friendly and optimized.
Your qualifications
- Have a bachelor’s or a master’s in Advertising, Audiovisual Communication, Marketing, Business administration or similar.
- Be passionate about digital marketing.
- Be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Well organized and capable of handling several projects at once.
- Good written and verbal communications skills and stakeholders management.
- Microsoft office for the day-to-day basis.
- Knowledgeable in email marketing, Adobe Photoshop, and marketing automation tools (e.g., Adobe Marketing Cloud).
- Segmentation and audience management skills.
