This is a remote position.
Averaging 20 hours per week, this remote contract position supports hands-on CRM administration, third-party system integrations, and multi-step workflow automations. Operating behind the scenes in an independent capacity, the role assists with execution while internal oversight and direct client communications are retained by senior leadership.
The position focuses on two primary areas: executing an internal Zapier to Make migration project and delivering client-specific CRM project requests. Working from structured briefs and clear technical specifications, the role conducts research, configures system environments, builds integrations, and maintains operational consistency according to documented standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Zapier to Make Migration: Take over and execute the daily hands-on migration of existing workflows from Zapier to Make to achieve project completion.
· CRM Building & Configuration: Translate scoping specifications and technical requirements into fully configured Pipedrive environments, including pipelines, fields, permissions, and native integrations.
· Automation Scenario Building: Build, test, and maintain complex, multi-step automation scenarios and webhooks using Make and Zapier.
· Third-Party Tool Integrations: Set up, configure, and test ecosystem tools and client add-ons, including WATI (WhatsApp platform), PandaDoc (document generation), form automation tools, and webhooks.
· Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting: Conduct pre- and post-go-live quality assurance testing on CRM setups; debug broken integration flows, API webhooks, workflow failures, and data sync errors independently.
· First-Line Support & Oversight: Serve as the primary contact for incoming client support tickets, delegating tickets to internal team members and providing process oversight.
· Post-Implementation Check-ins: Execute scheduled 7-day, 14-day, and 21-day post-go-live check-ins with clients to track system adoption and resolve technical issues.
· Team Continuity: Maintain critical automation deliverables and implementation continuity during team leave periods.
Requirements
· 2+ years of experience configuring Pipedrive (or similar CRMs) at an administrative level.
· Proven hands-on experience building, testing, and troubleshooting multi-step workflows in both Make and Zapier.
· Demonstrated ability to independently follow documented standards and execute technical tasks from a written brief.
· Technical experience configuring third-party integrations, including WATI (or WhatsApp platforms), PandaDoc (or document generation tools), form builders, and webhooks.
· Proven ability to independently debug broken integration flows, API webhooks, field mapping errors, and data synchronisation issues.
Skills Required
