About the Role:

We are looking for a CRM & Growth Manager - Credit to drive customer engagement, retention, and product growth through data-driven CRM strategies. This role will own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing journey by designing and executing personalized campaigns across multiple CRM channels, optimizing customer journeys, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user engagement, conversions, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end CRM strategy and execution across Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and RCS to drive user engagement, retention, and product growth.
  • Design, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns, including drip campaigns and drop-off journeys, to improve user activation, conversions, and DAU/WAU/MAU.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance by tracking key metrics such as delivery rate, CTR, open rate, and conversion rate, ensuring timely and efficient campaign execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Growth, Product, Business, Analytics, and Creative teams to build data-driven CRM initiatives aligned with customer insights, business goals, and product launches.
  • Continuously experiment through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and lifecycle automation to improve customer engagement and maximize campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications / Skills / Experience Expected:

  • 4- 6 years of experience in CRM, Growth, or Lifecycle Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (WebEngage, MoEngage, CleverTap, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention
  • Experience managing multi-channel CRM campaigns (Push, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, RCS)
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in campaign optimization and performance metrics
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Self-driven, customer-focused, and passionate about growth and experimentation
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent relevant experience)
