Capgemini is seeking a skilled CRM Dynamics 365 Developer to join our innovative team.
In this role, you will be responsible for customizing, configuring, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions that meet business requirements. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and enhance user experience, while ensuring alignment with best practices in CRM development.
As a CRM Dynamics 365 Developer, you will leverage your expertise in Dynamics 365 to create custom entities, workflows, and plugins, as well as perform system integrations. The role requires a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform, including its capabilities and limitations, to deliver high-quality solutions that improve customer relationship management processes.
The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in CRM development (preferably with Dynamics 365), strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. Previous experience with Azure services, Power Platform, and integration with other Microsoft products will be advantageous. A background in Agile methodologies is also preferred, as this role will involve working in cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions based on Dynamics 365 requirements.
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand their needs.
- Implement and customize Dynamics 365 applications, including workflows, plugins, and custom entities.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other applications and services, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure high standards of deliverables.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions, troubleshooting issues, and delivering enhancements.
Location: Hybrid work model with opportunities in India, the United States, and Mexico.

- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
