We are on the lookout for a CRM Communication Specialist to join our CRM Team.

Responsibilities:
  • CRM campaigns planning and segmentation in CRM systems
  • CRM campaign evaluation through communication channels (Email, SMS, Popup, App push, Messengers)
  • Email template preparation and testing for CRM campaigns
  • SMS template creation, testing and collaboration with 3rd party providers
  • Popup and App push template creation and testing
  • Telegram template creation and testing
  • Campaign planning and evaluation using planning tools (Jira)
  • Campaign analysis via CRM system dashboards and decision making depending on the data
  • Design and content orders

Requirements
  • Email marketing experience
  • HTML knowledge
  • Previous CRM system experience
  • English (Writing/Speaking)
