About The Job
Support sales managers with commercial data analysis and insights. Local owner of OneCRM, Lead Management and Customer Segmentation process.
Job Description
Own, implement and manage the Lead Management Process at Sales Company level.
Execute customer segmentation together with sales managers.
Applying tools and guidelines provided centrally to identify the key opportunities in the market.
OneCRM local business owner and superuser.
Support organization in fostering correct and consistent use of OneCRM.
Ensure data quality and consistency.
Collect, prioritize and share local business needs/requirements.
Support business managers to analyze commercial data across relevant databases.
Supporting the development of global dashboards.
Responsibility for mapping and fulfilling data-analysis and dashboards needs.
Provide actionable insights to sales managers to optimize lead conversion and revenue growth.
Track and report key commercial KPIs, such as lead conversion rates, customer churn, and sales performance metrics.
Ensure customer data compliance with company policies and relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, PDPA).
What You Know
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CRM analytics, data analysis, or a similar role within marketing, e-commerce, or financial services.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and data extraction.
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis (preferred but not mandatory).
Understanding of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and predictive analytics.
Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong business acumen with an understanding of customer behavior and retention strategies.
