Ready to be part of the experience?
Now, let’s discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever’s mission.
The Growth team is responsible for driving Fever's business performance across all markets. Every decision we make — from the highest strategic level to the most granular campaign adjustment — is grounded in data. We work closely with Product, Data, and Marketing teams to understand our users deeply and continuously improve how we engage them throughout their lifecycle.
The RoleAs a CRM Business Analyst, you'll sit at the intersection of data, strategy, and customer engagement. Your primary job is to turn user data and business questions into actionable insights and concrete improvements to how Fever retains and grows its global user base.
You'll define customer segmentation frameworks, measure the impact of engagement initiatives, automate reporting, and help translate analytical findings into CRM strategies that the broader team executes. You won't just report numbers — you'll own the analytical layer that shapes what we do next.
What You'll Do- Design and maintain customer segmentation models, cohort analyses, and behavioural analytics frameworks to understand Fever's global user base.
- Define measurement and attribution methodologies for CRM initiatives — quantify the impact of engagement campaigns on retention, frequency, and revenue.
- Translate business questions into structured analyses, and analytical findings into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams to build and automate reporting pipelines, dashboards, and data products that track CRM performance.
- Work with the CRM execution team to define audience targeting logic, personalisation rules, and trigger conditions grounded in data.
- Identify growth levers across the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, win-back) and propose data-backed strategies to improve each.
- Support cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Product, and Data teams on customer strategy and CRM roadmap priorities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field — Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering (any discipline), or Computer Science. This is non-negotiable.
- 2–5 years of experience in a data-analytical role: customer analytics, business intelligence, management consulting (strategy/analytics practice), or CRM strategy.
- Strong SQL skills — you can write complex queries to extract and transform customer data independently.
- Python or R experience for data analysis and automation. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be comfortable scripting analyses.
- Ability to build business cases and communicate data findings to non-technical audiences. You bridge the gap between the data layer and business decisions.
- Structured, hypothesis-driven thinking — you approach ambiguous business questions methodically.
- High level of English. Spanish is a plus.
- Consulting or analytics background at a top-tier firm (Deloitte, McKinsey, Accenture, BCG, or equivalent) is a significant advantage.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) is a plus. Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, SFMC, Braze, or similar) is helpful but not required.
- Attractive compensation package with room to grow.
- 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences + free Candlelight voucher.
- Flexible remuneration with Cobee: meals, transport, training, and nursery support (tax-exempt).
- Payflow: option to access part of your salary in advance.
- Taxdown: help optimizing and filing your taxes.
- Private health & dental insurance with Cigna: 100% covered by Fever. You can also add your family members via flexible remuneration.
- Wellhub membership for gym and wellness access: 100% covered by Fever up to the Silver plan.
- Language learning support: English and Spanish lessons.
- Hybrid work setup: home office friendly with a central Madrid office location.
- Snacks, drinks, and fresh fruit are always available at the office.
- Dynamic international team: a young, talented group creating a great work environment.

What We Do
Fever is the leading global tech-enabled entertainment discovery platform with a clear mission: to inspire through live entertainment. Our mobile-first marketplace allows both discovery/inspiration and seamless 2-click booking. Fever has also created a media network where our online communities can look for inspiration and local information (Secret Media Network owner of media outlets like Secret NYC, Secret London or Madrid Secreto among others). Fever and its Secret Media Network inspires over 60 million people every month to discover the best experiences in their cities. The preferences expressed by these communities allow us to create new experiences, which we call “Fever Originals”. These are proprietary experiences in which we follow a data-driven content creation strategy, using analytics to understand audiences, develop and optimize new formats. Some successful examples include the “Candlelight Concert Series” attended by over 3 million guests, the Los Angeles based “Stranger Things: The Drive-Into Experience” co-produced with Netflix, or the “Mad Hatter G&T Party”, all launched in multiple cities across the world. Fever is a US company with a team of over 800 people, currently present in more than 80 cities, with offices in many exciting cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, London, Paris, Madrid, Barcelona, or Sydney, and is backed by leading institutional investors, including Rakuten Capital, Accel, and Atresmedia among others. In order to pursue this objective we are looking for bar-raisers, people that want to work hard, have fun, and make history with us. Available for iOS and Android.
