Texas Capital Bank (TCB) seeks a seasoned Business Analyst with experience in Salesforce CRM implementations and a deep understanding of commercial and consumer banking segments. The successful candidate will directly support the Product Owner, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive the success of our Salesforce CRM initiative.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, sales teams, marketing, and technology, to elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements for the Salesforce CRM solution.

  • Analyze sales data, customer interactions, and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations that inform feature development, process improvements, and overall CRM effectiveness.

  • Map and document banking sales processes to identify pain points, bottlenecks, and opportunities for automation and optimization within the Salesforce CRM.

  • Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for development teams. Ensure alignment between user needs and technical implementation.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to define data integration requirements and ensure seamless data flow between the Salesforce CRM and other systems.

  • Collaborate with testing teams to develop test cases, validate new features, and ensure the Salesforce CRM solution meets business requirements and user expectations.

  • Assist in developing training materials, user guides, and documentation to support the adoption of the Salesforce CRM solution across the banking sales teams.

  • Maintain clear and open lines of communication with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed about project progress, changes, and developments.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, feature enhancements, and improvements to the Salesforce CRM based on user feedback and evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on supporting Salesforce CRM implementations in banking or related industries.

  • Strong understanding of banking sales processes, customer relationship management, and industry best practices.

  • Proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM (Financial Service Cloud) is required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
