Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven CRM Business Analyst to help us drive the design and optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics platform. This role combines CRM functional expertise with project management and business understanding to ensure that our Microsoft Dynamics solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable value across HUB. The ideal candidate embraces technology and innovation to optimize and enhance our CRM advancement and user experience.

The CRM Business Analyst will be hands-on by helping to set the direction for our technical teams, while working closely with our business stakeholders to understand and drive all aspects of CRM projects, solutions and prioritization. Project planning will include gathering requirements to work through both simple and more complex initiatives and opportunities. This role will bridge the gap between sales, marketing, and technical teams, ensuring the CRM aligns with business goals, delivers operational efficiencies while supporting company objectives.

In this role, the ideal candidate will enable the business to optimize operational efficiency while helping the business and HUB achieve our strategic objectives regarding CRM.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze and assess business stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable projects, designs and architecture to provide direction to the CRM Technical Solution Architect and Dynamics technical team;
  • Identify areas for improvement in the CRM system, recommending and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Partner with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines and deliverables;
  • Gather and work with leadership to prioritize requirements from sales, marketing, local offices/regions and other stakeholders;
  • Own requirements management including gaining necessary approvals, delivering ongoing communications and tracking;
  • Work closely with Technical Solution Architect to align functional and technical solutions;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure user experience, workflows and data models support business processes;
  • Partner with leadership to define project goals, deliverables, timelines and success metrics;
  • Work with business including other departments i.e. Marketing and regional offices, also known as HUBs to assess business need, value and track value realization across projects, programs and enhancements;
  • Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations;
  • Keep abreast of Microsoft’s roadmap and additional features, switches and releases to align with business goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ Years of Experience
  • Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business users;
  • Must be a critical thinker who thrives in solving problems and driving solutions;
  • Strong track record and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM;
  • Strong communication skills being comfortable working with business leaders across HUB;
  • Have a proactive mindset with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams;
  • Experience in project management from initiation to planning and execution;
  • Ability to work with various departments and thought leaders to develop and manage roadmap, stakeholder expectations and ongoing initiatives.
  • Strong documentation skills, including ability to express in writing business requirements.

Disclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
