About the Role
 
We're looking for a creative, ambitious, and detail-oriented team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside multiple customer-facing teams, helping clients deliver best-in-class CRM campaigns while developing your expertise in marketing technology and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
  • Implement, manage, and report on CRM campaigns for Optimove clients.
  • Develop CRM strategies based on industry best practices.
  • Build and modify email templates using a drag and drop editor.
  • Provide high-level analysis and recommendations on CRM campaign performance, including segmentation, content, and offers.
  • Support client migrations and assist with project coordination and execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful client outcomes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) or relevant CRM experience.
  • Consulting or client-facing experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop within a customer-focused role.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK – we are unable to provide sponsorship at this time
  • This is a Hybrid role, and you will be required in our Dundee office two days per week. 

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with an Email Service Provider (ESP).
  • Understanding of CRM strategies and lifecycle marketing.
  • Basic HTML knowledge.
  • Photoshop experience is a plus.
