Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised CRM Assistant to support our CRM campaigns and agency client efforts. The
ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of CRM tools, have high attention to detail and ability to develop meaningful reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the execution of CRM campaigns
* Drag and drop email template building
* Proof and QA campaigns to ensure 100% error-free execution
* Assist with client support
* Generate basic reports and analyse data
* Provide administrative support to the CRM team
Technical Skills:
* Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Dot Digital, Mailchimp)
* Basic GA4 proficiency
* Basic data analysis
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
* Basic CRM certification (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Klaviyo,
Dotdigital) preferred
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Passion for learning
KPIs:
* Accuracy and speed of email campaign delivery
* Timeliness and accuracy of report generation
* Accuracy of basic segmentation
* Task completion rate
