The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

1. CRM Administration & User Support

• Manage day-to-day CRM administrative activities.
• Provide Salesforce user, data, security, and administration support.
• Serve as a contact point for users requiring troubleshooting, training, or administrative assistance.

2. Data Management & Data Quality

• Prepare CRM data for loading into Salesforce.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and quality through regular monitoring.
• Support account-data cleansing and changes before downstream processing.
• Develop reporting that helps business users identify and maintain data quality.

3. Reporting & Analytics

• Develop Salesforce reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
• Support business reviews using Salesforce data.
• Develop usage metrics to monitor Salesforce activities and adoption.

4. CRM Process Improvement & System Enhancement

• Collect enhancement ideas and business requirements from users and collaborate with IT on improvement projects.
• Research technology improvements for the CRM platform.
• Design, build, test, review, and refine Salesforce processes and functionality.
• Support cross-platform integration activities related to Salesforce.

5. Release Management, Testing & Training

• Support system testing for Salesforce updates and new application launches.
• Activate/support new CRM release features.
• Communicate system changes and provide user training.
• Develop or maintain CRM job aids, playbooks, and supporting training materials.

6. Business Partnership & CRM Adoption

• Work with divisions to understand business processes and requirements.
• Help divisions optimize processes through Salesforce.
• Support lead-to-opportunity conversion and the use of dashboards to track opportunity progression and pipeline.
• Drive effective Salesforce usage and adoption across business teams.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Experience in CRM
• Good English communication and presentation skills.
• Healthcare, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences industry experience.

Work location: Shanghai
