What you'll do

We're looking for a CRM Analyst - Sales Operations to help optimize the impact of our Sales and Revenue Ops teams in Colombia. You’ll be the go-to expert on Hubspot, responsible for ensuring our sales workflows are automated, insightful, and aligned to strategic priorities. Your work will empower our commercial teams with the tools, data, and processes they need to close deals more efficiently and effectively.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

Must haves

  • Working proficiency in English and Spanish

  • 2+ years of CRM experience, ideally with Hubspot

  • Strong collaboration skills with go-to-market teams

  • Comfort analyzing data using Google Sheets and tools like Metabase

  • Exposure to workflow automation and CRM integration tools like N8N

Nice to haves

  • Basic proficiency in Portuguese or a desire to learn it

  • Experience with B2B fintech or SaaS

  • Familiarity with lead generation tools like Amplemarket

Claridians in a hybrid mode split their time between working from the office, talking to or visiting customers, or working from home. This hits a balance between bringing people together for in-person collaboration and learning from each other, while supporting flexibility about how to do this in a way that makes sense for each individual and team.

We don't enforce a minimum number of days for most roles, but you're expected to spend time at the office organically, and be at the office most days during your ramp-up or when required by your leader.
