(Scrum Master)
Key Responsibilities
* Drive Agile adoption and ensure effective implementation of Scrum practices across teams.
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
* Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, continuous improvement, and self-organization.
* Remove impediments and help teams maintain focus on sprint commitments and delivery goals.
* Foster collaboration between development teams, Product Owners, business stakeholders, and external partners.
* Track sprint progress, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics.
* Promote transparency, accountability, and ownership within the team.
* Support Agile transformation initiatives and contribute to building a high-performing Agile culture.
* Ensure alignment of project deliverables with business objectives and enterprise data management strategies.
Project Objectives
* Enable Agile transformation by embedding Scrum best practices.
* Improve team collaboration, communication, and delivery predictability.
* Strengthen engagement between business and technology stakeholders.
* Ensure successful sprint execution and achievement of release goals.
* Drive continuous improvement through coaching, feedback, and retrospectives.
* Foster a culture of adaptability, transparency, and accountability.
Preferred Experience
* 8+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
* Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
* Experience working on Digital Transformation, Wealth Management, Banking, or Financial Services projects.
* Knowledge of workflow automation, data management, and enterprise integration projects is highly desirable.
* Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master) preferred.
