Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager – Lending, Insurance & Mutual Funds

Location - Hyderabad

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategy for lending, insurance, and mutual fund products.
  • Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and affiliate channels.
  • Drive lead generation, lower CAC, and improve conversion funnels.
  • Build and optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and campaign messaging.
  • Oversee SEO strategy: on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and keyword research.
  • Manage marketing automation, CRM journeys, and remarketing flows.
  • Track daily campaign performance, ROI, and product-wise cost metrics.
  • Coordinate with Product, Tech, and Design teams for campaign requirements.
  • Ensure marketing compliance with RBI, IRDAI, and SEBI guidelines.
  • Handle brand positioning and communication for all three verticals.
  • Manage social media strategy and content calendar.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and market trend analysis.
  • Work with external agencies, affiliates, and marketing partners.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in fintech.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and programmatic campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnels, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience in BFSI domains: lending, insurance, or mutual funds.
  • Knowledge of SEO, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to work on data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.

Preferred

  • Experience working in a digital lending or wealth-tech startup.
  • Understanding of compliance across RBI, IRDAI & SEBI.
  • Experience in managing in-house creative and content teams.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar.
