The position is full-time, 40 hours per week
Regular Hours: Monday-Thursday 9:00AM-6:00PM, Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM.
Training hours the first 2 weeks would be 30 hours with the shift 11:00AM-6:00P Monday- Friday.
The first 45 days of employment require on-site training at our West Chester, PA office. Upon successful completion of training, the position may transition to a hybrid or fully remote work arrangement.
What will you do as a Call Center Representative?
- Use state-of-the-art technology and communicate with Consumers via phone, live chat, email and text.
- We will train you to take inbound and outbound calls with utmost professionalism and courtesy.
- Navigate cutting edge Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
- Learn negotiation and sales techniques applicable to all industries
- Negotiate payment agreements, resolve customer concerns and help consumers get out of debt.
- General computer skills are required with the ability to navigate multiple screens and type 25 words per minute
- Good decision making skills are required.
