The Credit Recovery Back Office is responsible for supporting the credit recovery and management process. It manages the collection of information and analyzes the debtor's financial situation, decides on the methods of debt recovery, and finally takes care of implementing them. Its main objectives are: analysis of the debtor's financial situation; management of interventions for the collection of any debts
Key Responsabilities:
Documentary and Administrative Management: Responsibility for preparing and organizing all documentation required for credit resolutions, including invoices, proofs of payment, and case closures.
Analysis and Investigation: Verification of the feasibility of financing operations through credit analysis tools and evaluation of the financial stability of companies and counterparties.
Portfolio Monitoring: Constant tracking of the credit portfolio’s performance to promptly identify and report critical issues or negative trends.
Data Collection and Reporting: Management of financial information gathering and analysis of the debtor's financial situation, ensuring the continuous update of corporate IT systems.
Proven experience in debt collection processes (at least 3-5 years)
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Economics
Excellent team player, able to interact with flexibility and diplomacy with different stakeholders
Ability to work under pressure
