Roles and Responsibilities
- Review and assess credit applications for new and existing clients, ensuring they align with the company’s rental, lease and financing policies
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses of customers, and partner companies to determine creditworthiness and recommend suitable credit limits.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of credit assessments, approvals, rejections, and collection efforts. Provide regular updates to senior management on credit performance and risk exposure.
- Collaborate with Credit & Risk Associate to develop, implement, and update credit policies and guidelines in line with the company’s growth strategy.
- Serve as a point of contact for credit inquiries from drivers and businesses, offering advice and resolving issues related to credit limits and payment terms.
- Provide regular updates to the Credit & Risk Associate on operational risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit analysis, risk management, or financial services (experience in the gig economy or mobility sectors is a plus).
Skills: - Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial statements, credit scoring models, and risk assessment techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
