Screen and verify loan applications and supporting documents, perform credit checks per bank policy, input accurate data into the RCS system, manage RCS task list to meet SLAs, recommend decisions to supervisors based on delegated authority, support process improvements, and perform other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities
- To screen and ensure all information in relation to loan applications and supporting documents received from sales person via mail or any digital platform are adequate for credit processing.
- To perform credit checking and review of loan applications guided by Bank’s Policy and Procedure.
- To input credit related information into RCS system and ensure all information in the system are accurate, including information received from sales person that can be verified from the documents submitted or via phone verification
- To manage individual task list in RCS diligently and to ensure application are processed within the stipulated turnaround time and customer’s expectation is met.
- To recommend decisions to Credit Supervisor / Manager on loan applications based on the DA stated in the Bank’s Policy and Guidelines.
- To recommend and participate in process improvement initiatives for work efficiency.
- Other duties and responsibilities as and when requested by superior.
Qualifications
- Recognized Diploma / Degree / Master in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or banking related disciplines
Skills Required
- Recognized Diploma, Degree or Master in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or banking-related discipline
- Experience performing credit checks and reviewing loan applications in accordance with bank policy and procedures
- Ability to accurately input and verify credit information in the RCS system and manage task lists to meet turnaround times
