Acerca del Rol
El Gerente de Créditos es responsable de mantener los procedimientos de crédito adecuados en todo el hotel de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos tanto locales como corporativos.

Lo que harás

  • Establecer y mantener las políticas y los procedimientos locales de crédito con respecto a la facturación, las tarjetas de crédito, la cobranza, las consultas y el cobro de cheques y preparar los informes y conciliaciones de fin de mes y fin de año de acuerdo con las pautas corporativas establecidas.

  • Asegúrese de que todas las consultas de los huéspedes o de las compañías de tarjetas de crédito se manejen con prontitud (el mismo día si es posible) y de manera profesional.

  • Garantice la facturación rápida y precisa de todas las cuentas y el seguimiento oportuno de la cobranza.

  • Mantener historiales de crédito, solicitudes de crédito originales aprobadas por escrito y otros registros para las cuentas regulares del hotel.

  • Asegurarse de que el procedimiento de check-in / check-out proteja adecuadamente al hotel sin carga ni demora para los huéspedes del hotel.

  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con clientes habituales para fomentar la comunicación y ayudar en la cobranza.

  • Preparar y llevar a cabo una reunión mensual de crédito.

Requerimientos

  • Profesional (deseable) administración de empresas, turismo o carreras relacionadas o experiencia equivalente de 2 años en el rol.

  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en la industria hotelera en roles similares o como supervisor de recepción, reservas, auditor nocturno.

  • Conocimientos en:

    -       Procedimientos de recepción

    -       Ingresos

    -       Cartera

    -       Procesos contables básicos (débito y crédito)

  • Manejo de Excel intermedio, sistemas contables (deseable) y de sistemas de PMS (Opera, Zeus, etc)
