Acerca del rol:

Es el encargado de supervisar y auditar las operaciones de manejo de efectivo del hotel, garantizando el cumplimiento de las políticas y controles internos. Incluye procesar y auditar depósitos diarios, preparar informes de efectivo, administrar cajas internas y fondos de los cajeros, y resolver discrepancias con precisión y confidencialidad. Además, brinda apoyo al equipo contable, colabora en la capacitación de cajeros y mantiene una relación profesional con todos los departamentos para asegurar la integridad financiera y operativa del hotel.

Lo que vas a hacer:

• Auditar los depósitos diarios de los cajeros y preparar el depósito diario del hotel.

• Contar, balancear, organizar y monitorear su propia caja y seguridad.

• Procesar divisas extranjeras de acuerdo con la política local.

• Preparar y distribuir los reembolsos de los cajeros.

• Preparar el Informe Diario de Efectivo.

• Emitir las Cajas de Cajeros y asignar cajas de seguridad para la custodia de las Cajas.

• Preparar y mantener un registro de todas las Cajas Internas emitidas.

• Realizar desembolsos de caja chica según las pautas establecidas.

• Realizar cualquier otra tarea adicional que le asigne el Director de Finanzas o el Subdirector de Finanzas.

Requisitos:

• Contador o estudiante de contaduría

• Experiencia mínimo de 1 año en posiciones similares (similares (auxiliar de tesorero, cajero general)

• Manejo de la suite de office

• Manejo de Excel nivel básico.
