Job Description

You will work in hybrid model of work with office in Katowice. With flexible hours between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
You will report to Credit Management Team Lead.
Your Responsibilities:
- Get familiar with portfolio and processes,
- Contact assigned customers/internal stakeholders like AR Team or Customer Care for additional information where needed to resolve open/disputed items,
- Take care of the shared mailbox.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Good command of English (written & spoken)
- Active student status
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Knowledge of Excel/SAP,
- Previous experience in Shared Services.
