All about the role:
The Credit Controller will oversee all Accounts Receivable (AR) and credit-related matters in collaboration with the existing Nordic Credit Team and our Shared Service Center in Krakow, while also supporting the local Sales Company with day-to-day credit management and AR tasks. This role includes responsibility for managing factoring and customer finance and is a part of the Nordic Credit Team.
What you’ll do:

Blocked Order Management
-
Follow-up on past due payments
-
Credit limit management for all customers

Work closely with our Shared Service Center in Krakow

Collaboration with local sales/service/spares teams to ensure accurate credit limits

Dispute management in cooperation with local sales

Customer financial matters in close cooperation with internal sales and external service providers

Factoring in collaboration with Group Credit and the Shared Service Center
Who you are:

Several years of experience within accounting, with a focus on credit management
-
Team player with the ability to influence and operate effectively within a matrix organization

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong networks
-
Proactive, hands-on, self-starter with a results-driven approach; able to work independently
-
Strong analytical skills
-
Solid financial understanding
-
Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel is required

Fluency in English and Swedish
