Communications Manager – Group Finance
Objective:
Electrolux searches for ambitious, structured, and results-driven corporate communication professional to support Group Finance. This is a full-time position based in Stockholm reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, Group Finance, IT, and Legal. The position will require minimal travel.
Key Responsibilities:
The role delivers communications support and services to C-suite management, including but not limited to:
• Driving consistent storytelling, through multiple channels and stakeholders, to maximize engagement & publicity.
• Driving internal communications campaigns in line with the overall objectives to promote a strong internal culture.
• Driving and supporting continuous improvement narrative and change communication.
• Supporting thought leadership by bringing an external-in perspective.
• Proactively managing issues, crises, and maintaining an effective, robust process.
• Undertake ad hoc special projects to support communications in Group Finance, IT & Legal as required.
Requirements:
Electrolux is searching for a candidate who is familiar with the handicraft and creation of internal and external messaging in a global matrix organization. Beyond classic communication skills, the candidate must demonstrate:
• A proven track record, a university degree, and at least 7 years of relevant experience in a multinational environment - from a company, agency, or consultancy side,
• The ability to get an in-depth understanding of the company, its purpose, strategy, operations, business objectives, and industry,
• Proven experience in effectively communicating with senior executives as well as strong collaboration and persuasion to
partner with all levels, both internally & externally,
• Flexibility & comfort in dealing with ambiguity and change,
• Cultural awareness and sensitivity to the diversity of values, views, and approaches of different stakeholders,
• Genuine curiosity to understand & simplify complex agendas,
• Willingness to do what is needed to get the job done, whether it be menial tasks or engaging in high-level strategy,
• Creative communication skills, leveraging data for impact, and applying AI tools,
• Excellent English, verbal and written.
