We are looking for you, a winner Credit Controller who can take care of our customers in the North Africa market and will bring value to our Sales, Customer Care and Finance Team members by ensuring effective credit activities and contributing with outstanding solutions.

Someone who knows the value of a customer and the essential part credit control plays throughout the entire organization.

Make an impact and drive improvements

 In this position you will be essentially responsible for managing accounts receivable, credit, collections, and other financial tasks.

 You will report to the Team lead France & (North) Africa, be based in our office in Morocco - Casablanca, work closely with all parts of the business-like commercial, finance, sales, customer service, national and international customers and collaborating with other colleagues from all over the world.

You have relevant experience, a global approach and are comfortable with working with many different cultures.

Key tasks

  • In charge of collection tools (ERP/BI Portal)
  • Contact customers (including periodic visits together with Sales) regarding outstanding payments and follow up on payment plans and customers’ promises
  •  Participation in credit review meetings
  • Monitoring and updating of credit limits
  •  Identify overdue accounts and potential bad debts
  •  Coordinate AR tasks with Sales and Customer Care
  •  Documentation for lawyers and follow-up on legal cases and reports on the status of collection activities
  •  Cheques and post-dated cheques administration
  •  Petty Cash Management • Support to our Shared Service in Poland for cash management and Account Payable • Preparing data required for VAT

What does it take to become our new team member?

  • University degree in Business Administration/Finance/ Accounting or equivalent
  • Relevant working experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in English
  •  Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
  •  Self-organization
  • Teamwork
  • Results and quality orientation
  • Ability to communicate in a clear and consistent way – both verbally and in writing in English, French and Arabic.
