Job Description:

As part of its growth, ARROW ECS is looking for a Credit Controller (Industry not banking sector)
What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?
Job Complexity:

• Managing a customer portfolio and performing regular credit processes
• Validating new customers
• Releasing orders
• Cash collecting and dunning procedures
• Aligning with Sales and Ops teams
• Managing credit limits and liaising with credit insurance companies
• Performing month-end closing and reporting along with ad-hoc analysis

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a credit control background
• Bachelor's degree in economics or related field.
• Advanced English - additional French knowledge is nice to have
• Very good communication skills and Customer Relationship Management.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Negotiation, communication & presentation skills
• Autonomous, proactive way of working
