As a Credit Controller you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced Credit Control team and working successfully with our Head of Credit Control to achieve great things together. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding.
It’s a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to challenge themselves, develop and progress within a forward-thinking and fast-paced firm. You’ll:
- Take a proactive, can-do approach to collecting outstanding debts, confidently working towards agreed collection targets
- Build rapport while chasing overdue payments through friendly and professional phone calls, emails, and letters
- Keep everything running smoothly by maintaining accurate, up-to-date records of payment activity and promises
- Tackle any challenges head-on, working closely with the Head of Credit Control for support and solutions
- Nurture strong, positive relationships with clients through clear communication and great service
- Take ownership of your own portfolio of offices, managing them efficiently

- Have previous Credit Control experience within practice or industry.
- Be tech-savvy, with a experience using Xero & Excel (knowledge of CCH is also desirable but not essential).
