Responsabilities

Maximize cash collection and improve the customer ageing

Pro-actively manage customer accounts

Ensure compliance with the Group policies and procedures

Provide appropriate key indicators and reports for management

Manage telephonic relations with customers in an efficient and professional manner

Understand customer organizations and processes
-
Manage the resolution of non-commercial disputes
-
Effectively communicate with the sales departments
-
Continuous update and improvement of customer information database
Tasks
-
Follow-up of own customer portfolio from A to Z
-
Send reminders and account statements to customers with overdue invoices
-
Collection calls and mails
-
Communication with sales about customer overdues
-
Communication with customer service about disputed invoices
-
Assess blocked orders for release
-
Send and follow-up customers with the collections agency
Skills
-
Appropriate diploma and / or experience
-
Good negotiating and persuasion skills
-
Excellent communication and listening skills
-
Ability to have a high level view and also focus on detail
-
Motivated and enthusiastic with a genuine desire to excel in a Finance environment
-
Availability, thoroughness and honesty
-

Basic knowledge of English is a plus
-
PC literate Excel/Word/Outlook. SAP knowledge is a plus.
