We are now further evolving our product offering in order to provide our clients with a multi-product Content Lifecycle Software suite and in this context, we are setting up a product centric organization for which we are looking for a VP Curation & Scheduling to drive the successful development of our Curation and Scheduling product lines.

 

Your challenge

  • As part of our global leadership Team and reporting to the Chief Product Officer, in the role of VP Curation & Scheduling you will have the P&L responsibility of our Curation and Scheduling solutions.

  • Develop a strategic vision for product lines, focusing on value generation, market opportunities, and technology choices. 
  • Engage with customers to understand needs, detect future trends, and position product lines effectively. 
  • Oversee the product lifecycle, ensuring continuous enhancement and alignment with platform and go-to-market strategies. 
  • Lead and coach a team of Product Managers to create high-value roadmaps and deliver exceptional products. 
  • Articulate value propositions and promote products internally and externally, supporting marketing and sales efforts. 
  • Set and manage business line targets and budgets, driving their successful realization. 
  • Collaborate with the Tech departmentto prioritize backlogs and align customer needs with product evolution. 
  • Work with Product Solution Architecture to integrate standard processes and designs across the portfolio. 
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to develop pricing, marketing plans, and enablement tools while ensuring optimal customer outcomes. 
  • Build strong industry relationships, represent Mediagenix in networks and bodies, and identify broader business opportunities. 

Your interest and skills

  • As VP Curation & Scheduling you have extensive experience in Software Product Management
  • Have deep knowledge of the Media & Broadcast industry, including content supply chains and industry challenges. 
  •

  • Have a strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technologies
  • Are familiar with Content Scheduling, VOD planning, Rights Management, and data-driven product management. 
  • Have knowledge of financial performance, profitability growth, and managing financial constraints. 
  • Have the ability to analyze data effectively and identify key analytics to support decision-making. 
  • Have proven ability to balance strategic thinking with flawless execution, always prioritizing customer success. 
  • Are skilled in balancing and addressing the needs of multiple stakeholders effectively. 
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset with a rational, analytical decision-making approach. 
  • Are experienced in building high-performing teams and developing talent. 
  • Are an inspirational yet humble leader, capable of influencing without hierarchical authority and engaging across domains. 
  • Last but not least, you are a strong communicator, both internally and externally, including public speaking engagements.
