The Role:

We’re looking for an email marketer with hands-on experience using iterable to run A/B content testing for credit card acquisition and transactional campaigns. From campaign execution to optimization, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our customer messaging is effective, consistent, and aligned with our broader lifecycle marketing goals.

What You'll Own:

• End-to-end creative development and execution of credit card lifecycle including (1) acquisition, (2) usage, and (3) transactional marketing.
• New concept development (nice-to-have)
• Content creation (inclusive of copywriting and template design)
• Target and build audiences in Iterable tool
• A/B content testing
• Ensure all customer messaging adheres to regulatory and compliance standards, partnering closely with legal and compliance teams to maintain oversight and approval processes.

What you'll bring:

• 5–7+ years of hands-on experience working with Iterable
• Strong experience with email content management, including HTML and CSS, as well as implementing personalization and dynamic content formatting.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with communications and messaging in highly regulated industries (such as financial services)
• Knowledge of SMS and Mobile channels like Push/In-App/Embedded Messaging
