- Monitor active loan accounts to ensure timely repayments and proactively address potential default risks
- Assist in developing and executing strategies to grow the customer base and increase portfolio volume
- Prepare and present regular performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly) on loan performance, acquisition metrics, and portfolio growth
- Deliver a consistent, professional, and positive customer experience across all stages of the loan lifecy
