What you'll do:
- Perform financial analysis on existing customers and potential ones to define the risk assessment
- Prepare credit limit application to be submitted for approvals
- Prepare standard and ad hoc report to present credit analysis to relevant stakeholders
- Help avert payment defaults by monitoring existing credit portfolio to ensure quality credit
- Evaluate the release of blocked orders for credit reasons with a daily frequency
- Monitor and coordinate the payment allocation performed by the share service center
- Undertake Insurance coverage application and evaluation
- Collect the current past due and/or coordinate the activities of the external collectors
- Continuous interaction with internal departments and external providers
Where you'll be:
You will be based in Assago office, Milan area.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Experience (even brief) with financial statement analysis and collections. Also, in resolving A/R disputes, Account/Payment reconciliations, investigating deductions
- MS Office proficiency, especially with regard to Excel
- Critical thinking, analytic approach and excellent communication
- Proactivity and strong capabilities to work in team and ability to work effectively both with internal and external (offshore) partners remotely as well as under pressure.
