About the role:
Responsible for supporting the Credit Management activities in the respective regions or countries of responsibility.
What you will do:
This role is directly responsible and accountable for performing credit analyses to identify, minimize and mitigate risk for new and existing customers in North America and Europe. You will receive hands-on experience working with customers along with cross-functional teams in Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations. You will apply your knowledge of financial analysis to assess financial strengths and risks. Strong organization skill and analytical skill are necessary to ensure the collection status and documentation completeness, reporting preparation and exercise judgement within defined practices and policies to determine appropriate action.
In detail, you will:

Complete Electrolux Rating Model (ERM) and credit analysis of Electrolux customer risk and requests

Support shared services credit management activities including, but not limited to, credit and terms analysis, reporting and customer analysis

Obtain and analyze appropriate internal and external credit information such as financial statements, trade references, external credit reports, profitability, and payment behavior

Assess creditworthiness of existing and/or prospective customers and identify credit risk

Understand and adhere to credit policy and guidelines

Interpret and summarize information and generate recommendation regarding the disposition of the customer credit request

Maintain communication with Order and Collections Management regarding changes involving pending orders, accounts receivable management and other customer service issues

Contribute to Electrolux Group and Sector goals, (i.e, Sales, DSO, EBIT, NOWC)

Develop and maintain professional relationships with various Business Units, Sales, and Key Individuals and Customers
Qualifications:
-
University Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business or any related
-
Solid experience in Collection, Credit, Finance and/or accounting function
-
Well-versed in O2C or Collections, Credit process and procedures
-
Very good verbal and written communication skills with ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information

Good negotiation skills, able to think quickly in handling objections
-
Resilient and able to stay calm when work under pressure
-
Excellent attention to detail and ability to complete all task accurately and on time

Good knowledge of MS Office (excel skills) and SAP system on Collection Module

Excellent customer service skills
-
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in reviewing and interpreting financial reports and data
-
Detail-oriented with an eye for continuous process improvement
- Availability to work on a second shift from 14.00-22.00 once per week.
