The Creators Project Specialist is responsible for leading strategic projects with key Creators, integrating brand and product into content development. This role drives the ideation, creation, and execution of impactful content and experiences that align with brand goals.
The Creators Project Specialist will work closely with all areas of Marketing to coordinate efforts around key moments, athlete partnerships, and emerging opportunities.
In addition, they will manage a portfolio of Creators, maintaining daily communication and fostering strong relationships. This includes planning and overseeing the execution of events and projects, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision. The role also involves managing and educating teams on the tools and platforms used to identify, engage, and track Creator performance.
Finally, this person will play a key role in people management and team collaboration, fostering a unified “One Team” mindset across multiple simultaneous projects.
Job DescriptionIdentify & Manage Creators for Creating this Unique Projects:
- Identifies and manages a roster of Creators aligned with Marketing focus playgrounds and across platforms (i.e. YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch).
- Builds long-term relationships with Creators and establishes individual, year-long plans with opportunities around shared passion points and interests.
- Constantly pitches new talent to further feed the pool of talent across platforms
- Ensure that the editorial message to consumers (text, photo, moving images) is web tailored, user-oriented, engaging, up-to-date and accurate, building brand advocacy.
- Be creative for levelling up the Creators Projects Plan in terms of new projects.
- Identify all the opportunities all the Creators bring to our Brand.
Align with Strategy and connected to the plan Across Departments:
- Support all areas of the business from Sports, Culture, Brand, On Premise to help amplify existing marketing initiatives that align with their interests.
- Acts as main interface to Field Marketing and other areas to amplify and activate key events / projects.
- Works with Departments and global teams to find the right talent and workflows for working with that talent and looking the way to be part of Red Bull World.
- Educates the entire company on our ways of working, tactics, and successes in the Creators area.
- Align the Creators Projects with Brand Marketing for winning penetration through Consumption Occasions.
- Be part of the Marketing One Team and add value and quality to the Red Bull Projects.
Reporting and Budget Management:
- Monitors, tracking and reports the performance of the program via existing insights tools.
- Manage the budget Red Bull Creator Projects.
- Look for the best agencies and suppliers for the projects.
- Construction of the Budget Plan according to each project.
High facilities to get in touch and relation with people in a cool and professional way.
4 years work experience preferably as a Talent Marketing project leader or business development specialist in a multinational environment, ideally in the media, content and communications sector.
Excellent understanding of local/International digital and media landscape & trends in regard to print, websites/competitors, social networks, Creators and mobile apps/sites.
Multi-project drive: ability to work and build relationships with a range of partners, stakeholders and external contractors, on several projects & topics at the same time.
Highly efficient and effective project management and organizational skills.
Solid understanding of content productions (especially events and experiences).
Exceptionally “sociable”, strong interpersonal skills.
Curious of everything.
Solution oriented, optimistic & interested in testing new things (innovation!).
Strong fit with Red Bull world (brand & product) and passion.
Strong planning and project management competencies.
