As a Creator Marketing Specialist, your main task will be to collaborate with online personalities, through which you will build brand awareness and generate word of mouth. You will also create and shape Creators’ experiences through production of Creator dedicated events and projects. You will closely collaborate with social media team to produce emotion provoking content. Your role will be to uplevel broader influencer marketing knowledge in the organization, give inputs for creator dedicated initiatives and translate online performance data into actionable plans.
Job Description
Expanding and maintaining industry and talent relations
Identifying relevant talents with a perfect brand fit. Marinating and developing relations with Creators and industry - managers, agencies.
Improving efficiency of Creator program by analyzing data and insights on a regular basis.
Creator projects management
Developing and implementing comprehensive Creator oriented marketing projects in accordance with the national Marketing plan.
Managing several projects simultaneously and coordinating collaborations with influencers in diverse project groups.
Managing project budgets and ROI, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Administrative work, including contracts, reports, presentations, and briefs for external agencies.
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to create compelling content and experiences from the ideation phase to execution. Coordinating creators’ content productions, working closely with social media team to ensure maximalization of their performance.
Strategic input
Staying updated on the latest digital trends, emerging talents, consumer insights, and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
Have a significant influence on shaping the strategy and plans for Red Bull’s creator marketing in Poland.

Qualifications
Minimum 2-year work experience in Marketing, preferably in the field of influencer marketing.
Perfect understanding of youth culture and their social media habits and interests. Expert in identifying trending online personalities and understanding social media culture - where consumers live digitally, how they consume content, and how to engage them.
Strong affinity and joy to work with influencers.
Ability to work in a cross-functional environment. Strong communications skills, open mind, problem solver.
Comprehensive knowledge about influencers landscape across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitch.
Proficient in usage of digital media and Microsoft Office.
Analytic thinking, high affinity to data, with ability to translate into strategy and concrete initiatives.
