Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute performance-driven strategies and campaigns for social media platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to develop and refine high-performing ad content
- Monitor campaign performance, analyzing key metrics and making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI
- Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring campaigns meet or exceed objectives
- Provide ongoing reporting and campaign settlements, including detailed summaries and actionable recommendations
- Stay informed on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness

What We're Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on social media channels, preferably experience in the e-commerce market
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Familiarity with tools like Google Ads (YouTube) and ROI Hunter is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (C1 level)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team
