About the Role

The Creator Marketing Manager is the driving force behind translating the digital zeitgeist—viral trends, emerging sounds, and internet culture—into high-impact social media and creator strategies. Operating at the intersection of music and digital culture, your ultimate goal is to maximize the conversion of social media consumption into active music streaming. In this role, you will serve as the central architect of our creator ecosystem, building and maintaining a diverse, ever-evolving roster of creators that align with our artists, target audiences, and key cultural moments. You will oversee both the strategic vision and the day-to-day operations of our creator campaigns, ensuring our approach to user-generated content (UGC) is highly efficient, data-driven, and cutting-edge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Architecture: Develop and execute the core Creator Marketing strategy for music releases, overseeing creator partnership campaigns and building a robust database of creators, influencers, and talent agencies.

  • Roster Management: Define target demographics and establish structured creator segments and rosters that align precisely with specific artist profiles and audience pillars.

  • Campaign Optimisation: Provide real-time direction and feedback to content creators, ensuring all short-form videos and assets feel organic, platform-native, and culturally relevant.

  • Trend-Jacking: Design and deploy agile "trend-jacking" strategies that seamlessly and authentically integrate artists into viral global or platform-specific conversations.

  • Organic Engagement: Prioritise innovative, high-impact campaign concepts designed to spark organic user-generated content (UGC) and community engagement.

  • Cultural Analytics: Translate complex social data and behavioural shifts into actionable insights for A&R and Marketing teams, clearly explaining the mechanics behind viral moments.

  • Algorithm Expertise: Maintain a deep, up-to-date understanding of platform algorithms and ranking factors to advise internal teams on optimal formats, timing, and audio usage.

  • Performance Testing: Implement rigorous A/B testing on content hooks and video formats to continuously optimise audience retention and conversion metrics.

About you:
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a creator marketing strategy, social media strategy, or cultural analysis role, ideally within the Music or Entertainment sector. Proven experience in devising and executing creator campaigns, including the ability to ideate creative briefs for short-form content based on artist-specific goals.

  • Digital Proficiency: Expert-level, current knowledge of all major social platform ecosystems and their content requirements, with a deep understanding of social video, creators, and current trends.

  • Analytical Capabilities: Expert knowledge of social media analytics and social listening tools, with a proven ability to interpret performance data and convert complex social data into clear, actionable insights for campaign optimisation.

  • Relationship Management: Exceptional client relationship management skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex cultural concepts to both executive leadership and creative partners.

  • Agility & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-speed environment, showing the flexibility needed to seize fleeting cultural moments.
