Lead creator marketing strategy for music releases by building and managing creator rosters, executing creator partnership campaigns, trend-jacking, and optimising short-form content through A/B testing and cultural analytics. Translate social data into actionable insights for A&R and marketing, maintain algorithm expertise, and drive organic UGC and community engagement to convert social consumption into music streams.

Support social team by scheduling and posting content, brainstorming creative campaigns, curating trending material, assisting weekly data reporting and analysis, briefing the design studio, and collaborating with marketing to promote releases.

Support digital marketing and artist promotion across streaming, playlists and social media. Manage multiple projects, assist team workflows, produce marketing assets, and analyze trends. Bring music passion, creativity, and strong communication while working full-time for at least five months.

Support the A&R team by listening to demos and providing feedback, scouting talent, coordinating A&R tasks, organizing writing sessions and camps, joining creative brainstorms, engaging with artist/producer communities, and attending live shows to support roster artists.

Plan and execute marketing and release strategies for national and international dance music projects. Manage budgets, timelines, KPIs, reports, creative asset distribution, and stakeholder communication while collaborating with in-house teams and artists to translate artistic vision into data-driven campaigns.

Support the marketing and A&R teams by listening to demos and giving feedback, scouting talent, coordinating A&R and writing sessions, participating in creative brainstorms, engaging with artist communities, and attending live shows to support roster artists.

Create and edit high-quality video content for social platforms. Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, ensure visual storytelling and brand alignment, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay current with editing trends.

Support the streaming team with playlist curation, community management, audience analysis, and day-to-day streaming release positioning. Assist implementation of long-term digital strategies and coordinate across design, data, social media, and influencer/creator marketing in a global music-label environment.

Support the Digital team by analyzing artist and release data, creating visualizations and dashboards (Tableau), and contributing to commercial digital projects alongside the Head of Digital and Data Analyst.

Support the in-house creative team and art directors on social media campaigns, brand partnerships, events, and creative assets. Produce graphic design, video/animation assets, and presentations; contribute to storytelling, content editing, and campaign execution. Portfolio required. Full-time 5–6 month internship starting September 2025.

Manage monthly payroll operations and audits, liaise with payroll providers and finance, administer HR documentation and Workday data, handle absence and benefits administration, process POs and invoices, create HR reports and org charts, and support development of HR policies while serving as primary employee contact for HR operations.

Support in-house creative team and art directors by producing video assets, animation, and graphic design for social campaigns, brand partnerships, festivals and live events. Assist with content editing, storytelling, presentations, and campaign materials while building a professional portfolio.

Support front desk and hospitality for artists and partners, manage studio bookings and office supplies, assist onboarding/offboarding, prepare meeting rooms and catering for events, coordinate facility upkeep, and ensure health & safety and sustainability compliance.
