• Deliver high-quality User Interfaces and User Experience Design in alignment with enterprise products and company vision.
• Create analog and VR sketches, wireframes, flow charts, storyboards, interactive prototypes, and documentation to articulate client requirements and ideas.
• Develop high-fidelity experiences, mock-ups, and prototypes for key elements and features within defined parameters.
• Continuously evaluate user feedback to enhance overall user experience, usability, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with developers, providing clear specifications for UX and UI components.
• Support the team in establishing a design language and system for products.
• Ensure proper execution of all features through follow-up on final implementations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including visual designers, copywriters, project managers, strategists, developers, and QA.
• Contribute to UX/UI deliverables in new business pitches as required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in design, Fine Arts, or related field. (Optional)
• Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in XR or related fields.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and design methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in XR.
