TransUnion is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Creative Traffic Manager to join our global brand and creative team. You’ll keep creative operations running smoothly by managing project intake, assigning resources, tracking deadlines, and balancing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. As the central connector across creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure alignment from kickoff to delivery. By reviewing assignments for completeness and confirming designers have what they need, you’ll help prevent delays and reduce rework. Your ability to shift priorities, reallocate resources, and maintain timeline visibility will be essential to keeping projects on track. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Creative Ops, you’ll play a vital role in driving productivity and supporting a high-performing, collaborative team.

What You’ll Do:
- Resource Management & Allocation
- Assign creative resources to projects based on skillset, availability, and priority.
- Monitor team bandwidth and proactively flag capacity issues or risks.
- Maintain a clear view of current and upcoming project needs to ensure optimal staffing.
- Project Intake & Workflow Management
- Manage the intake of creative requests, ensuring all necessary information is captured and that designers have all the information, assets and context needed to begin work efficiently.
- Track project progress, follow up on deadlines, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Ensure timely delivery of creative projects by actively managing schedules, adjusting priorities, and reallocating resources as needed.
- Process Optimization
- Champion internal systems (e.g., Workfront) to drive productivity and efficiency.
- Identify and implement best practices to streamline workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
- Recommend and support process improvements to enhance creative operations.
- Communication & Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
- Communicate project status, resource constraints, and risks to creative leadership.
- Support escalation of issues and help resolve conflicts in priorities or timelines.
What You’ll Bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in creative operations, project management, or traffic management within a design, marketing, or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows and the systems that support them.
- Proficiency with Workfront or similar project management tools (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Monday.com).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- Proven ability to multi-task, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience working with global or distributed teams is a plus.

You can be based anywhere in South Africa that has fibre, but will not be able to work in a location outside of South Africa.
A Minimum of a 100 Meg Fibre line is required, should you be successful, you will need to upgrade your line or install fibre in order to work effectively.
