The Role
Superside’s GenAI Consulting team is assembling a vetted list of freelance Creative Technologists to collaborate on cutting-edge projects with top global brands.
We’re looking for builders and innovators who can blend deep technical expertise with creative intuition to deliver real impact in the world of Generative AI.
This is not a full-time position. Instead, we’re inviting a select group of freelancers to join our trusted talent pool for project-based work, solving real customer challenges and shaping the next wave of creative automation.
What You'll Do
- Leading creative + technical execution on customer-facing AI tools.
- Developing and integrating LLMs, text-to-image models (like SDXL, LoRA, Flux Kontext), or voice models.
- Delivering full-stack solutions using JS, Python, NodeJS, or React.
- Designing experiments and MVPs to quickly test and iterate on solutions.
- Building integrations with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, or Canva.
- Partnering with Product Managers, Designers, and customers to align business and technical goals.
- Participating in workshops, thought leadership, or knowledge-sharing across the consulting team.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning or Interactive Media / Computational Design.
- 3+ years of experience in tech-forward creative roles (agency, innovation teams, or product orgs).
- Hands-on expertise building AI-powered tools, especially with LLMs and image generation models.
- Strong full-stack development skills (JS, Python, NodeJS, React, etc.).
- Familiarity with creative software APIs (Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva).
- Experience delivering MVPs under time or technical constraints.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep curiosity and passion for Generative AI and its creative applications.
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
