The Creative Supervisor will lead Sparks Edu’s creative team in producing impactful, high-converting content across paid and organic channels. Reporting to the Performance Marketing team, this role ensures all creative assets reflect Sparks Edu’s vision, mission, and values while driving brand growth and measurable results. The ideal candidate is both a strong creative leader and a hands-on practitioner with expertise in design and video production, preferably within e-commerce or performance-driven environments.
Lead and manage the creative team (designers, video editors, content creators) to produce high-quality, high-converting creative assets.
Oversee the end-to-end creative process: from ideation and planning to execution and delivery across paid ads, social media, and other channels.
Optimize creative assets for performance marketing, monitoring results and iterating based on performance data.
Stay current with industry and digital trends, brainstorming innovative ideas to keep Sparks Edu’s creative work fresh and competitive.
Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
Mentor and guide the creative team, driving efficiency, growth, and on-time delivery of projects.
Minimum 2 years of experience in creative production, with proven ability to lead or supervise a creative team (preferably in e-commerce or performance marketing).
Strong proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
A compelling portfolio demonstrating creativity, visual storytelling, and high-performing content.
Excellent project management skills: ability to prioritize, delegate, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, able to inspire, mentor, and collaborate across teams.
Comfortable with ambiguity and quick to adapt to evolving priorities.
