Creative Services Intern - Summer 2027

Location: Hybrid within commutable distance to Delaware office location

Your role in our success:

The Creative Services Intern will support the development and execution of communication and branding initiatives that engage employees, customers, and community stakeholders. This role provides hands-on experience in design, project coordination, and communications across a variety of platforms.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Assist with graphic design projects, including presentations, digital assets, and print materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Create visuals for internal and external communications such as newsletters, social media, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support data visualization projects by designing charts, infographics, and presentations that simplify complex information.
  • Help coordinate projects with internal teams and external vendors while tracking timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain organized files of design projects and final artwork for easy access.
  • Contribute to communication efforts during storm events or other emergencies by developing timely visual materials.

Who you are:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in related field. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
  • Interest in communications, design, and branding.
