Job Summary:
The Creative Services Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the workflow of creative projects within the organization. This role will require close collaboration with various departments, ensuring that all creative deliverables are produced on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. The Creative Services Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the creative team, including designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Project Management: Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects, ensuring that all milestones are met on time. 
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with the creative team to allocate resources, manage workloads, and maintain project schedules. 
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between internal and external stakeholders and the creative team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements. 
  • Quality Control: Review creative outputs to ensure they meet brand standards and project objectives before final delivery. 
  • Budget Management: Assist in tracking project budgets, ensuring that all expenses are accounted for and within allocated limits. 
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within the creative process and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, including timelines, budgets, and potential risks, to senior management. 
  • Presentation Preparation: Assist creative team in creating slides to articulate activity and summarizations on strategic content campaigns, department stats, and other initiatives in concise, effective manner. 

 What We Need:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management within a creative or marketing environment. 
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Basecamp), MS Office Suite, and familiarity with creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus. 
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and project requirements clearly. 
  • Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track. 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Creative Background: Experience working with or managing creative teams (designers, copywriters, videographers). 
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with content production for patient education or healthcare industries. 
  • Leadership: Experience in leading or mentoring junior team members. 
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities. 
  • Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail to ensure all creative outputs are polished and professional.
