Creative Project Manager

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Schedule: Full-time | Tuesday – Saturday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM Philippine Time (PHT)

Compensation: $10 - $12 per hour (USD)

Status: Independent Contractor

Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Creative Project Manager to join our fast-growing remote team. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our creative department—ensuring our creative projects move smoothly from concept to completion. This position is ideal for someone who is process-oriented, loves timelines, and thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities shift quickly.

You’ll be working closely with media buyers, designers, copywriters, and video editors to coordinate asset delivery across multiple brands. If you’ve worked in a digital marketing agency or a high-paced eCommerce environment, love juggling moving pieces, this role is for you.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Oversee project timelines and workflows.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure alignment on objectives.
• Monitor project budgets and resource allocation.
• Facilitate team meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project execution across creative teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Implement best practices for creative workflows.
• Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams.
• Ensure quality control of creative deliverables.

• 5+ years of experience in creative operations or project management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience in high-velocity agency environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
