As our Content Production Intern, you'll support the in-house Production team in coordinating our e-commerce productions and ensuring everything runs smoothly before, during and after a shoot.
You will be based in our studio in Houthavens, where you’ll work closely with our Content Producer and Sample Specialist. This is a hands-on production role with a strong operational focus, giving you the opportunity to experience every stage of the production process - from sample coordination and shoot preparation to on-set support, post-production and AI-assisted content creation.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing, planning and making sure every detail is taken care of in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- Coordinate, source and prepare samples
- Set up pre-styles
- Track sample availability and follow up on missing products
- Organize sample logistics, including packing, shipping and returning samples
- Book crew, models and freelancers for e-commerce shoots
- Prepare production documents, schedules and call sheets
- Support with production planning and shoot schedules
- Support the production team on set
- Ensure the studio is organized and running smoothly
- Coordinate catering and day-to-day production logistics
- Assist photographers, stylists and producers with operational tasks during the shoot
- Perform quality control (QC) on final imagery
- Support post-production coordination and asset tracking
- Organize and manage production documentation
- Assist with AI image generation
- Highly organized and structured
