That’s why we’re looking for a Creative Producer who can turn our story into something people feel, not just scroll past.
What You’ll Do
- Capture the daily rhythm of Genesy: from founder interviews to team chaos and strategic moments.
- Produce, film, and edit short-form content that makes people care about what we’re building.
- Lead creative direction for bold campaigns: think Vicio energy meets startup storytelling.
- Collaborate on offline guerrilla activations, comedy shows, and social experiments that bring AI and Genesy to real life.
- Transform company milestones into reels, and brand moments.
- Work hand-in-hand with the founders and marketing team to build a brand that moves culture, not just product.
Must-have:
- 2+ years of experience in video production, creative direction, or content storytelling.
- A strong portfolio that mixes filmmaking, social storytelling, and brand creativity.
- Hands-on experience in shooting, editing, and post-production (Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).
- A natural eye for narrative, turning small moments into big stories.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Based in Barcelona or open to relocation.
