General Summary:
The Creative Producer is responsible for conceptualizing and producing all the creative development involving the Creative teams’ clients, such as the Linear Networks, FAST Channels, TV Production, TV Distribution, Home Entertainment, Corporate etc. in a way that increases audience interest, product value and overall market share.
Core responsibilities
• 70% Conceptualize, write and edit promotions for shows and movies, branding spots, special events and campaigns for the Networks’ key products (and eventually other clients’ products as well)
o Ensure creative excellence and execution throughout the process.
o Visualize shows and build media logs for editing purpose.
o Work closely with the Creative Lead, Production Coordinators, Audio Producers and Graphic Designers for executions.
• 20% Think and execute innovating ways of positioning the brands, shows, movies and stunts through campaigns and promotional materials
• 10% Attend local promotional productions in Colombia (and eventually other cities in Latin America and EEUU) for the Networks, TV Production, TV Distribution and SPIP.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
• Experience in all aspects of digital video production, writing original text, guiding voice-overs, choosing appropriate music, editing, storytelling and working together with graphics.
• Experiences with Adobe Premiere. Being updated is a must.
• Knowledge of basic graphic design and audio production.
• Strong problem-solving skills and detail oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously and to prioritize.
• Keeps Creative Lead/Manager/Director apprised of the status of work.
• Establishes and builds relationships internally (Promotions, Marketing, OP, etc.) and externally (vendors)
• Works closely with the Creative Lead/Manager/Director for executing strategy.
• Team player.
• Brand knowledge.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Advanced/Fluent English is a must
• Ability to work effectively under changing environments.
• 3 years of experience as Creative Producer
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual Communication or equivalent experience required
