About the Role:

We are seeking an organized and versatile Creative Operations Manager to join our team, acting as the pivotal link between our creative team and departments such as Digital Product, Client Services, Sales, and Engineering. This unique role will combine elements of project management and creative operations, ensuring a streamlined, efficient flow of creative requests and facilitating effective collaboration across teams to deliver top-quality work that aligns with Constellation’s brand standards and client objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creative operations, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple projects in a dynamic, collaborative setting.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the intake process for creative requests, capturing and prioritizing requirements, timelines, and deliverables to guide creative team resources effectively.
  • Act as the primary liaison for the creative team with Digital Product, Client Services, Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration to meet project goals.
  • Serve as the architect of creative operations, designing and implementing new processes from the ground up to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability within the creative team. This includes identifying areas for improvement, establishing best practices, and creating workflows that set new operational standards.
  • Continuously refine and enhance workflows to streamline creative project execution, leveraging Constellation’s proprietary technology to support speed, quality, and compliance.
  • Oversee quality control of creative outputs, ensuring they meet Constellation’s standards for brand integrity, regulatory compliance, and client specifications.
  • Track project progress and team productivity, identifying and resolving bottlenecks to keep projects on track and ensure timely completion.
  • Partner with Client Services to understand client needs, provide project updates, and gather feedback to continuously refine creative strategies.
  • Leverage a deep understanding of Constellation’s proprietary technology and the nuances of a tech startup environment to optimize project workflows, troubleshoot issues, and support the team’s adoption of new tools and processes.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years of project management, creative operations, or a similar role within a creative agency or in-house marketing team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively 
  • Proficiency with project management software and creative workflow tools such as Asana and Webdam.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, healthcare, automotive, or finance industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.

Compensation Package:

The total compensation package is made up of base compensation, equity, and benefits.

New York Compensation: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00
